Chelsham has always operated as a lean, agile, virtual business. In some ways 'collective' might be an apt description. This is a deliberate strategy.

Many of our assignments are led by or involve Tony Jackson, our founder. They may also involve one or more of the Chelsham collective. Depending on your requirements, it might be appropriate for one of the group to deliver exclusively for you, in a way that is complementary to and aligned with Chelsham’s core coaching and inclusion business.

Chelsham also has the capacity to scale up and deliver more ambitious projects in our core coaching and inclusion fields. You can also engage one of the specialists - a psychologist or mediator perhaps - who augment our work, delivering your desired business or personal outcomes but operating outside the boundaries of our core competences.

Daksha Hirani - CLINICAL PSYCHOLOGIST

A skilled chartered clinical psychologist with over 20 years’ experience and a deep knowledge of a range of issues including depression, anxiety, burnout, abuse, trauma and various health conditions.

Daksha works in a manner which is authentic, engaged and evidence-based and offers bespoke strategies to deal with issues. She helps clients understand that they can make fundamental changes to their lives and, once they have understood this, to take action.

Clients report a marked sense of well-being, increased ease and contentment with greater effectiveness in all aspects of their life. They are surprised and, on occasion, amazed at the changes they have made to their lives over a short period of time.

 
 
 

John Scott - MEDIATOR

John is an outstanding, experienced negotiator –an astute professional with experience of leading large, high-performing teams and managing disputes at every commercial level and across a range of sectors.

More than 30 years as a business leader and consultant have given him significant direct experience of commercial disputes and of the complexities of managing large international teams. A truly empathetic and imaginative communicator, he quickly engenders trust and facilitates difficult discussions from a position of calm authority.

He has successfully dealt with many difficult people and organisational issues across the globe, often at times of rapid political, economic or business change. John has also run courses on negotiating and influencing skills for the last 20 years or more.

Tim Richardson - COACH | LEADERSHIP SPECIALIST

Tim is fundamentally a storyteller who loves nothing more than working with individuals and groups to inspire them to see possibilities and find ways to move towards them.

He has over 25 years’ experience as an executive coach to senior players and emerging leaders, and as designer and facilitator of leadership development initiatives across many sectors and in many diverse cultures internationally.

His passion about responsible leadership continues to resonate with many organisations and individuals as it focuses on the need for us all to steward our world and communities more carefully.

 
 
 

Gina Hayden - COACH | LEADERSHIP DEVELOPER

Gina Hayden is a coach and leadership development specialist with a strong interest in responsible and sustainable business that is purpose-driven as well as profit-driven. 

She works with leaders to develop their effectiveness not only in what they are doing, but also in who they are being, through executive coaching and transformational programmes at the levels of individual, teams and organisations. 

She is excited by developing more self-aware and conscious leaders who consider their broader impact and steer their organisations towards being force for good in the world.

She is co-founder and director of The Global Centre for Conscious Leadership and a founding director for Conscious Capitalism UK Chapter.

rea klingberg - executive COACH | supervisor

Rea is an authentic, well-grounded and skilled executive coach who approaches each assignment with a playful and open mind.

Rea has over 10 years’ of experience of coaching and leadership development in various businesses (including energy, education, ICT and media) and in all manner of demanding situations.

In her practice Rea combines business understanding and knowledge of theories with a humanistic approach, staying in tune with both the moment and the wider system.

Rea lives in Finland and provides coaching services internationally. Her working languages are English and Finnish.

Tom helps organisations achieve their commercial and strategic goals by working with them to shape their culture and to inspire their people to do their best work.

He supports leaders, individually and in teams, to explore and improve the impact they have on the organisation.

This includes working with them to understand their unconscious preferences and how they can foster a more inclusive working environment.

Tom, who lives in France and works in various countries, also has an impressive track record in consulting on the deal between an organisation and its talent and the link between employee engagement and that of the consumer.

Frans Hoek - Executive Coach | supervisor

Frans is highly qualified leadership expert and an international accredited executive coach. Frans is a specialist in coaching people in both their work and private situations and works with individuals and teams. His clients describe him as calm, yet sincere, and straightforward.

Professional and personal growth are the key drivers, and Frans’ goal is always to achieve high-impact change. In the past he has set up new businesses and offices in an international environment for stock-listed companies.
