We accelerate your success
 – results, expertise, intuition, insights

Our Founder & MD Tony Jackson has a strong track record in, and understanding of, the legal sector.

He has worked in & with law firms and professional partnerships for most of his 30 year career – as coach, external consultant, HRD, internal change agent and specialist in leadership, transitions & inclusion.

He is fascinated by, and insightful about, the dynamics of partnerships, achieving progression & success within them and the art of leadership in law firms.

“The coaching sessions have helped me to focus more heavily on the critical activities that can improve both organisational and personal performance. Smart questioning techniques, allied to good critical thinking and his own curiosity means that Tony is highly recommended for individuals who don’t want a formulaic approach!”
“If you want to be more empowered & more effective at doing what you love in the world of work then I would highly recommend you invest in yourself and spend some time being coached by Tony Jackson at Chelsham.”
“Your starting point is always the commercial realities of a business and you therefore strive to deliver real value to our firm. At an individual level you are also a valued coach & mentor”
“Perhaps the best way I can endorse the value of the coaching is to say you were able to help me find the areas I was least confident in and turn these into strengths, or unique points of difference. This has transformed my sense of self-belief and reignited my purpose in my role and the wider organisation.”
“I would be delighted to recommend you to others in my organisation and, should the opportunity arise, to invite you to coach me again or other colleagues in my team.”
“I just wanted to thank you again for a very successful session today. The positive feedback regarding your style of facilitating honest discussions continued throughout the afternoon. Several team members commented on the positive and uplifting effect of the session.”

Managing homeworkers

The topic of the day for many businesses: managing homeworkers. Or leading them? What might be the difference? There are lengthy articles appearing outlining both the practical angles (which technologies to use) and policy considerations. Hmmm...policy. It has...
