Our Founder & MD Tony Jackson has a strong track record in, and understanding of, the legal sector.
He has worked in & with law firms and professional partnerships for most of his 30 year career – as coach, external consultant, HRD, internal change agent and specialist in leadership, transitions & inclusion.
He is fascinated by, and insightful about, the dynamics of partnerships, achieving progression & success within them and the art of leadership in law firms.

Chelsham has worked with an array of international law firms as well as with boutique and medium-sized legal practices. All Chelsham coaching is, of course, qualified, supervised, results-focused & impactful and will help your high-achieving partners and staff to accelerate their effectiveness, success and development as leaders.
Our experience is wide-ranging with themes including leadership, elevation into more senior position in the partnership, transition into new firm and/or new position, team development, maternity leave return, performance, winning in the marketplace, preparation for Partner process, new Partner and transition out (retirement from partnership).
We also carry out speaking engagements, deliver inclusion/inclusive leadership sessions and provide people and organisational consulting services to the legal profession. These consulting assignments have included building inclusion, HR functional change, cultural and behavioural change to support a new feedback and performance culture, definition and launch of a people strategy and OD advice to support business transformation.
